These targets work with all common pistol and rifle calibers, from .22 long rifle to .308 and larger. Full-metal jacket and ball ammunition is preferred, while hollow points, wadcutters, and blunt-faced projectiles are not permitted, as they can ricochet. Projectiles traveling under 800 FPS are also not allowed, as they can ricochet.
